A Brisbane man has been charged with more than 100 child sex offences that occurred between 1980 and 1991.
Detectives from the Brisbane City Child Protection Investigation Unit arrested and charged the man on Thursday.
The 63-year-old's arrest formed part of operation Victor Dialect that investigated alleged offences over an 11-year period across the Wide Bay Burnett and Capricornia region involving multiple children.
The man was charged with 96 counts of indecent treatment of girls under 16, eight counts of indecent assault on females, and one count of indecent assault.
He is expected to appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Curt on Friday.
