Australian cyclists and netballers have captured more gold medals to leave their nation atop the medal table at the end of the Commonwealth Youth Games.
Australia finished the Games in Trinidad and Tobago with 26 gold medals, 10 more than next-best England.
Australia's athletes also collected 17 silver and 21 bronze medals - the total of 64 medals is 15 more than second-best England..
On the last day of competition, Australia's tally increased by five cycling golds while the nation's Fast5 netballers triumphed 39-29 against South Africa in the gold medal game.
“It’s one thing putting on the green and gold but to get the gold medal really does accomplish all our dreams, it’s an indescribable feeling,” netball captain Monika 'Otai said.
Australians dominated at the velodrome as Tayte Ryan snared won the men's kilo time trial and also the men's keirin - he departs with three gold from the Games.
Compatriots Sam McKee (men's scratch race), Liliya Tatarinoff (women's 500m time trial) and Keira Will (women's 2000m individual pursuit) also pocketed last-day gold.
Will pipped fellow Australian Lauren Bates in the gold medal race.
In track and field, Jackson Love (men's T38 long jump for athletes with cerebral palsy) and Toby Stolberg (women's high jump) also won gold medals.
Stolberg, the Australian all-schools champion, cleared 1.78 metres on her second attempt - ultimately enough to win on countback.
“I wasn’t happy with the height but completely shocked that I’ve won the gold medal, I wasn’t expecting it," she said.
In the beach volleyball final, Australian duo Jasmine Rayner and Cameron Zajer had to settle for silver when defeated by Canada's Calinda Kok and Katalina Drozd, who won both sets 21-14.
“It’s pretty exciting to bring home a silver medal," Rayner said.
"We have never played together before and to walk away with the silver medal is pretty cool.”
